Rates for Single Photographer Event:
$275 for first hour. $125 each additional hour
250+ attendees: (will require additional photographer)
Average of 150+ images per 4 hour event based on 250+ attendees.
Stationary/ Backdrop (includes Step and Repeat) Photography
$455 base cost for up to three hours of unlimited photography. Then add the per person cost for the number of attendees.
45 – 95 attendees: $6.50 per person
100 – 250 attendees: $5.75 per person
300+ $5 (will require a second setup/ photographer)

*custom order backdrops start at $325, must be ordered 45 days in advance, non refundable.
Pricing is based on number of people attending, hours of photography needed, and online storage and access to images.
Additional fees will be assessed for printed media, created media and printing, on-site printing, event distance/ travel (35+ miles out from 33701), custom backdrops and printed media, and additional staff needed for larger events.
